Just a Quick One!
So last night, we went to the student center to see Gloria dance. She's in a Christian dance group, and they were performing at a club they were having on campus. Of course, we were the only white people there...and the only open seats were in the front, right in the center. When the main guy was preparing to sing one of his songs, he was telling the audience one part that they would have to sing out when it came to that. Then he wondered what it would be like for us to sing, so he came up to us and had us sing it in front of everyone there. Of course, you can imagine how red my face was, but I did it. We all did - and then he gave us Swahili names, which he couldn't remember afterwards when he came to talk to us (lame, I know!) haha, but that was just a fun memory that happened not long ago that I wanted to share! more to come after the SAFARI!!!!

A quick one in return...we just returned from a grad party for Will, Cameron, Aric, Jake and Garrett. I was talking to Shirley and was asking her about flying and ....quess what? She flies from Detroit to Amsterdam! It's a wonder you didn't see her, or have her for your flight attendant! How crazy is that! She said they often see folks returning from Africa! BUT she won't be on the home flight, I already checked, but wouldn't that have been cool to see her!
